BIOAKTIV POWDER

BIOAKTIV-POWDER is a highly effective substance. It is harmless, chemically neutral, neither sour nor corrosive. BIO-AKTIV-POWDER in its basic substance consists of Calcium-Carbonic, that is chalk and from is chemical side it can't be distinguished from chalkflour.

In is efficiency BIO-AKTIV-POWDER differs basically from ordinary chalk-flour.

Already a dilution of 1:100000 put in liquid manure effects a drastical reduction of ammonia smell in liquid manure. Nearly no ammonia is set free. Liquid manure doesn't stink anymore. People in the neighborhood aren't troubled any longer by strong smell and the environment isn't burdened by poisonous ammonia-gas any more.

Besides BIO-AKTIV-POWDER increases the flow of liquid manure without addition of water. Suspended layers of cattle manure dissolve completely, therefore stirring is nearly not necessary. Settled layers of pig manure rise and form a homogeneous liquid manure that can be pumped out.

An enrichment of oxygen in liquid manure stimulates the growth of aerobe bacteria-strains. That helps to reduce the pH-value. Liquid manure with additive of BIO-ACTIVE-POWDER doesn't burn plants and does less harm to living creatures in the soil. The result is an increased humus formation.

Usage in stables (pigsties etc.)

The best way is to use BIO-AKTIV-POWDER, dissolved in water, „directly behind the animal“. With grated floors a mixture of 20g of BIO-AKTIV-POWDER and water is poured out with a watering can. Mind that with each animal 1-2 g of BIO-AKTIV-POWDER is used. With large stables (pigsties etc.) use for the mixture of 1 kg of BIO-AKTIV-POWDER at least 500 liter of water. A mixture with water is the basic requirement for the development of its full effect. Scattering of BIO-AKTIV-POWDER or rinsing with water reduces the success.

This treatment should be repented every week up to a ten-day period.

If straw is used with the animals use BIO-AKTIV-POWDER in the same way. In the manure gutter the mixture in brought out either by watering can or by spray technique once a week. The rot process of manure improves a lot and the formation of ammonia-gas and putrefactive-gas reduces.

Usage in cesspools:

With cesspools inject 1-2 kg of BIO-AKTIV-POWDER/110 m³liquid manure under the surface to different spots as deep as possible. Again mind that the powder dissolves well in the water - use at least 500 liter for 1 kg of BIO-AKTIV-POWDER. The treatment has to be done 2-3 weeks before you intend to spray the liquid manure on the fields. The suspended layers dissolve and the liquid manure doesn't stink anymore.

Usage of cowsheds (stable, etc.)
Dairy cattle boxes

In a cattle or bull stable with a grated floor design with driveway, it is important to apply less BIO-AKTIV-POWDER towards the transverse drain. Otherwise there is a danger that the mass up front dissolves too fast. That again, would cause the liquid manure in the back to flow off too fast, and then, the stoppage effect is lost. The effect of BIO-ACTIVE-POWDER automatically activates from back to front and over the crossways to the reservoir.

In a pigs sty, the BIO-AKTIV-POWDER is spread with a watering can, or, in big stables, with the BIO-AKTIVE spray technique over the entire grated floor. There is no danger of draining too fast in the crossways. If there is a stoppage, the whole area would need to be sprayed over again, and the problems areas a little more so.

With regular use, a continued decaying process is guaranteed.
