After we had received a sample of 2 kg we have tested it and the effect surprised us so that we ordered a bigger amount. In January we received 25 kg and started right away. We composted gardening waste and wet small Pieces of wood as well as waste from the slaughterhouse.

When we transposed a compost heap we used the amount of 25 kg BIO-AKTIV-POWDER for about 500 m³ raw material. This was, as it showed some time later, overdosed and with light rain the compost reap nearly flowed away. The composting-procedure which normally takes 12 weeks was completed 6 week earlier. The consistency of that finished product was crumbly and excellent suitable for processing.

In the moment we do a lot of experiments to find out the suitable dosage. We are of the opinion that 5 kg/100 m³ are much too high. The best dosage might be before 1-3 kg / 100 m³.

We clearly noticed that the strong smell had reduced. Especially our staff became aware of that and noticed that with satisfaction.

The compost heaps need not to transposed as much and there fore use heavy appliances need to be used so often. Exact observations have not been made yet. But this fact is of enormous importance for profitability we are going to give it our full attention. But up to now we may say that by use of BIO-AKTIV-POWDER wage hours, costs for energy and time for the use of appliances reduces clearly. Costs for BIO-AKTIV-POWDER are worthwhile several times.

We are quite sure that with the help of BIO-AKTIV-POWDER we are able to compost twice as much raw material as without.
