Instructions for use of BIO-AKTIV-POWDER for liquid manure

Dosage:
For first use - 1 kg per 100 cubic meter liquid manure solved in water. For following use - depending on the success the amount or BIO-AKTIV-POWDER can be cut in half.

Timing:
Periodically e.g.every Saturday, every week.

Effect:
In our experience about 70 % of first time usage showed effects within the first week. 25-28% need a bit more time. In such a case we advice you to use a stronger solution the second and the third time.Only 2 % showed hardly any success. Most of the time other facts, as described in #3, are the reasons for failure.

Storage of BIO-AKTIV-POWDER

The best thing is to store it on a wooden shelf in the stable or - the store room. Keep it away from animals water, magnetic fields, electric current, loudspeakers, engines and constant neon light. Metals may also cause negative effects.

Stirring of the Bio-Active-Liquid

If you use a watering can or a bucket put in fifteen gram of BIO-AKTIV-POWDER and ten liter of water and stir it well. With the BIO-ACTIVE spray technique mix two hundred gram of BIO-AKTIV-POWDER with one hundred liter of water.

The more solution you use the higher is the immediate effect. With spindly manure, e.g. on farms washing their grills regularly, less solution is necessary.

1. Usage in basins, manure silos and cesspools
Mix the BIO-AKTIV-POWDER which is dissolved in water with themanure. For the first use take 1 kg BIO-AKTIV-POWDER per 100 cubic meter. In case of problems use up to 2 kg. You either put the mixture into a manure barrel, fill it with manure and pump it back into the basin, or you use a stirring tool.
You may also fill it into the liquid part of the manure - under the layer - with the help of a water pipe. With settled layers it might be advisable to inject the mixture directly into the layer with the help of that pipe. Please inject it to different spots.
Time of treatment: to achieve full effect, you should treat the liquid manure for 2-3 weeks. The treatment in the stable causes an advantage of time. Only well treated liquid manure is sprinkled on the fields. That lowers !he risk of burns when fertilizing clover or corn from the top.

2. Recommendations for use in the stable
Try to calculate the cubic meters of liquid manure which are in the drainage at the moment and then calculate the weekly amount of liquid manure. For the first treatment take at least 1 kg per 100 cubic meter = 1g/m³.
After a week treat the further incurring liquid manure. Repeat that every week. If only part of the cesspool is filled you may treat the pool as well with the help of the inflowing manure. Dosage of BIO-AKTIV-POWDER isaccordingly.
Make sure that some stirring takes place.

Attention
BIO-ACTIVE-POWDER activates oxygen-loving organisms necessary in theprocess of biological decomposition. The biological decomposition, in turn, causes ourliquid waste change intoa valuable environmentally friendly, home-grown, multiple-use fertilizer. Since the liquid manure. as you know contains living organisms, it is necessary to handle it with care. We also try reach an optimal milk souring fermenting in the silo process, and reversibly, to keep the milk from fermenting through cooling, and in this context, it is important to allow as few fermenting inhibitors into the liquid manure as possible. Of course, everybody has to use antibiotics every now and then. But it is good to consider whether a short time usage will be sufficient and whether penicillin-enriched fodder could be discontinued earlier. In some areas, chloride is added to the water. If possible use well or rain water to mix the BIO-AKTIV solution. But it does not hurt anything to clean the creviceswith water. Disinfectants, however, do not belong in the liquid manure, and should therefore only be used in dry areas. The cleaner for milking machine should be lead to the sewage canal. It would be wise to use biodegradable milking machine cleaners, for example Webco of Bisterfeld.

Observations: Before using BIO-AKTIV-POWDER for the first time have a look at your liquid manure and note:

1. General view: Is the liquid manure homogenous-urine-water-dung combination. Any other unusual things?

2. Water sample: Pour one bucket of water onto tile liquid manure-what happens?

3. Movement: Is it possible to move the manure with the help of a board?

4. Layer:Thickness and moisture of suspended layers and settled layers.

5. Does it make bubbles and oxidized layers?

6. What had to be done with the liquid manure until now?

7. How often was the liquid waste drain clogged ?

Check your liquid manure from time to time and dose your BIO-AkTIV POWDER accordingly.
